SpeakClearly is a Johannesburg-based speech therapy and audiology practice founded by Kaitlin George in 2021 — with a deep commitment to school-based services, early intervention, and family-centred paediatric care.

A passionate founder and senior clinician with 13+ years across hospital, school and private practice. Kaitlin built SpeakClearly from scratch in 2021 into a thriving multi-school practice. Published researcher, conference presenter, and PROMPT-trained specialist.
A highly skilled paediatric therapist with deep clinical experience forged at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital — one of Africa’s largest. Megan-Leigh led the burns unit speech programme in 2024 and brings exceptional clinical rigour, warmth, and a genuine love for helping children thrive.
